问题	企业辞职有补偿吗
释义	自己主动离职，公司有补偿的，但是前提必须是用人单位方面存在着一定的过错。如果单位对主动辞职的职工有违反《劳动合同法》的事实，单位应该给主动辞职的职工经济补偿。根据《劳动合同法》第38条，第46条，第47条，按照主动辞职的劳动者的工龄，每满一年，补偿劳动者一个月的工资。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条：劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
