释义	法律分析：绩效工资又称绩效加薪、奖励工资或与评估挂钩的工资，是以职工被聘上岗的工作岗位为主，根据岗位技术含量、责任大小、劳动强度和环境优劣确定岗级，以企业经济效益和劳动力价位确定工资总量。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
