释义	法律分析：支票一般是单位之间进行转帐用的必须要到银行柜台进行银行卡则是个人存/取款用的只要有ATM机就可以比较方便。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十二条支票是出票人签发的，委托办理支票存款业务的银行或者其他金融机构在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。第八十三条开立支票存款帐户，申请人必须使用其本名，并提交证明其身份的合法证件。开立支票存款帐户和领用支票，应当有可靠的资信，并存入一定的资金。开立支票存款帐户，申请人应当预留其本名的签名式样和印鉴。
