释义	法律分析：未经批准，安装、使用电网的，或者安装、使用电网不符合安全规定的违法了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十七条有下列行为之一的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款;情节严重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款： (一)未经批准，安装、使用电网的，或者安装、使用电网不符合安全规定的； (二)在车辆、行人通行的地方施工，对沟井坎穴不设覆盖物、防围和警示标志的，或者故意损毁、移动覆盖物、防围和警示标志的; (三)盗窃、损毁路面井盖、照明等公共设施的。
