释义	分配生是每年各高中公助生名额中分配给各初中学校的，如果分数没有达到统招生的分数线，那么学校中按名次顺延（当然是报公助的），分配多少名就录取多少。配额生在录取时，各示范性高中学校不人为划定最低录取线，而是在分配到各初中学校配额生计划内根据报考条件择优录取；配额生在入学时与统招生同等待遇，按物价部门核定收费标准正常交纳学杂费。为体现公平原则，未在初中本校连续就读初二、初三年级的学生不能参与分配给该校的配额生录取。该内容由毕日东律师和律说律答共创回答
