可以的。不管是牙齿疾病或其他方面的疾病，在有疾病需要门诊治疗，首先应该凭 身份证 、 社保 卡到指定社区卫生服务站就诊，若社区医院认为您的情况需要转诊，主诊医生将根据参保人病情提出转诊并填写“转诊单”，报定点社区卫生服务中心审批通过后，参保人持“转诊单”、本人社保卡和身份证转往市内定点医疗机构本部门诊就医，并在该定点医疗机构本部门诊收费处办理报销手续。一般社区医院转诊到该镇所属的上级医院，或市级医院，除非是特殊情况才可能跨镇转诊，必须根据您的病情及实际治疗需要而定。 《 社会保险法 》 第二十八条符合基本 医疗保险 药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的 医疗费用 ，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。 第二十九条参保人员医疗费用中应当由基本医疗保险基金支付的部分，由 社会保险 经办机构与医疗机构、药品经营单位直接结算。社会保险行政部门和卫生行政部门应当建立异地就医医疗费用结算制度，方便参保人员享受基本医疗保险待遇。
