释义	法律分析：如果是体制内的党政机关、事业单位的在编工作人员，无权拒绝组织上动议的工作调动安排。有困难可以向组织上提出来，但是不得拒绝执行组织上的调动决定。如果是合同制用工或是协议用工，如果用人单位并没有违反合同约定或是协议的约定而变动员工的工作岗位，员工同样也不得拒绝单位的工作调动安排。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
