民法典中租房日期涂改后合同有效吗
释义
要看合同的涂改是否是经过双方的协商，而且是否是对重要内容的涂改。如果双方经过协商而且不是主要内容的更改，并且修改之处盖有校对章或者手印，可以具有法律效力。如果对方不认可租赁期间的变动，涂改部分是无效的。根据法律规定，依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外，当事人不得擅自变更或解除合同的法律拘束力，即法律效力。
