释义	法律主观：全日制一般指学习时间上的一种分类，顾名思义是按照国家法定工作、学习时间进行全天候学习的一种方式。全日在校学习的学校，称为全日制学校，学生全天在校上课，以教学为主。区别于业余、函授、自考等学习形式的学校。所谓“全日制国民教育”即全国统招，又叫全日制普通高校，普通高校全日制，就是按固定时间在学校上课，非全日制就是业余制，按自己的专业决定课程安排。
