释义	法律分析：不能。国家是不允许吸烟的,但一般车上都配置了点烟器和烟灰缸,大多数人都会在车里吸烟(运营公交车、大巴车、专用车除外);有一种情况是绝不能吸烟的:驾驶危险品运输车、急救车、校车等特种车辆。法律依据：《道路危险货物运输管理规定》第二条从事道路危险货物运输活动，应当遵守本规定。军事危险货物运输除外。法律、行政法规对民用爆炸物品、烟花爆竹、放射性物品等特定种类危险货物的道路运输另有规定的，从其规定。
