释义	法律分析: 不合法。劳动者可以要求用人单位支付你这三天的工资，你可要求劳动监察部门维护你的权利。用人单位应按约定的日期足额支付劳动者的工资(不得低于当地最低工资标准)，且每月至少支付一次。未及时支付的，劳动者向劳动保障行政部门投诉。法律依据: 《工资支付暂行条例》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
