释义	法律分析：两者的唯一的不同是概念不同。分户:一般指子女成年或者成家后,从父母户口里面独立出去,自立一户。户籍管理制度中的分户,是指公民虽同居一处,但经济独立,分开生活或有工作证明的,可以申请分户,另立户籍档案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第五条户口登记以户为单位。同主管人共同居住一处的立为一户，以主管人为户主。单身居住的自立一户，以本人为户主。居住在机关、团体、学校、企业、事业等单位内部和公共宿舍的户口共立一户或者分别立户。户主负责按照本条例的规定申报户口登记。
