释义	法律分析：社区戒毒。有别于过去封闭式环境的戒毒治疗方式，是由公安机关决定将吸毒成瘾人员放在其生活的社区，由有关基层组织和机构进行戒毒管理的一种戒毒模式。社区戒毒的期限为三年。法律依据：《戒毒条例》第二条县级以上人民政府应当建立政府统一领导，禁毒委员会组织、协调、指导，有关部门各负其责，社会力量广泛参与的戒毒工作体制。戒毒工作坚持以人为本、科学戒毒、综合矫治、关怀救助的原则，采取自愿戒毒、社区戒毒、强制隔离戒毒、社区康复等多种措施，建立戒毒治疗、康复指导、救助服务兼备的工作体系。
