法律分析:
加入外国国籍就是自动取消中国国籍的，身份证同时也是会被注销。同样 外国国籍的华人不能申请中国国内身份证，只能在申请加入中国国籍后才能申请身份证。申请加入中国国籍获得批准的，即取得中国国籍；被批准加入中国国籍的，不得再保留外国国籍。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国国籍法》
第八条 申请加入中国国籍获得批准的，即取得中国国籍；被批准加入中国国籍的，不得再保留外国国籍。
第九条 定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
