释义	法律分析：不一定。网上追逃说明公安已经立案侦查了，但还没有定罪，定罪只能由法院来判决。并不一定说被上网追逃的人一定会被定罪，这要看案件的证据情况，如果证据不足或者法院认为不构成犯罪，就不会定罪了。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百六十五条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。县级以上公安机关在自己管辖的地区内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级公安机关发布。
