释义	法律分析： 1、自保险人赔偿之日起三十日内，投保人可以解除合同； 2、除合同另有约定外，保险人也可以解除合同，但应当提前十五日通知投保人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第五十八条保险标的发生部分损失的，自保险人赔偿之日起三十日内，投保人可以解除合同；除合同另有约定外，保险人也可以解除合同，但应当提前十五日通知投保人。合同解除的，保险人应当将保险标的未受损失部分的保险费，按照合同约定扣除自保险责任开始之日起至合同解除之日止应收的部分后，退还投保人。
