释义	法律分析：初中学历不是只能当两年义务兵。两年期满后可以选择成为一名士官。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第二十六条现役军官由下列人员补充：（一）选拔优秀士兵和普通高中毕业生入军队院校学习毕业的学员；（二）选拔普通高等学校毕业的国防生和其他应届优秀毕业生；（三）直接提升具有普通高等学校本科以上学历表现优秀的士兵；（四）改任现役军官的文职干部；（五）招收军队以外的专业技术人员和其他人员。战时根据需要，可以从士兵、征召的预备役军官和非军事部门的人员中直接任命军官。
