释义	内资公司是指由中国境内，拥有中国国籍的法人、自然人设立的企业，与外资企业是对称。具体包括国有企业、集体企业、私营企业、联营企业和股份企业等五类。内资公司的设立也要符合《公司法》的规定，受《公司法》调整。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十三条设立有限责任公司，应当具备下列条件：（一）股东符合法定人数；（二）有符合公司章程规定的全体股东认缴的出资额；（三）股东共同制定公司章程；（四）有公司名称，建立符合有限责任公司要求的组织机构；（五）有公司住所。
