释义	法律分析: 一般没有关系。户口簿中孩子的常住户口登记卡中的“民族”一栏，可以随父亲，也可以随母亲。如果父亲、母亲不是同一个民族，孩子就可以选择其中一个民族。孩子出生证申报的民族，与户口簿最终登记的不一致，没有关系，但以后就以户口簿为准。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。弃婴，由收养人或者育婴机关向户口登记机关申报出生登记。
