释义	法律分析：签合同签字和公章可以重合，但不会因此而影响法律效力。签订合同可以签字也可以盖章，这两个是可以选择其中一个，不是必须都要用的。如果合同中约定在签字的同时还要盖章，那就必须两个同时用。没有约定的话，签字和盖章选择其中一个就可以。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
