释义	法律分析：社保卡停止缴费以后,医保卡内的钱并不会清零,但是从第二个月开始,去医院看病就不能享受相关的补助和报销了,直到医保卡账户内的钱到零为止。职工社保断缴的影响是很大的,所以在条件允许的情况下不要断缴。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十七条参加职工基本医疗保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费达到国家规定年限的，退休后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇；未达到国家规定年限的，可以缴费至国家规定年限。
