释义	法律分析：荣誉股东一般没有分红。没有荣誉股东，应该是名义股东。原则上名义股东不享有分红权。因为名义股东并不是实际出资人，只是与隐名股东签订了股份代持协议的股权代持人。因此，原则上只有实际出资了的隐名股东才有资格分红。但若双方签订的股份代持协议中约定了，名义股东也享有部分分红权的，则从其约定，此时名义股东可以享有分红权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第四条公司股东依法享有资产收益、参与重大决策和选择管理者等权利。
