一般战时临阵脱逃罪既遂判刑为处三年以下有期徒刑。指军人在战斗中或者在接受作战任务后，因贪生怕死、畏惧战斗，擅自逃离战斗岗位的行为。采用暴力、威胁手段达到脱逃目的等，致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失，是本罪的加重处罚情节。

《中华人民共和国刑法》 第四百二十四条 战时临阵脱逃的，处三年以下有期徒刑；情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
