释义	法律分析：群租房是违规，违反法规的规定。租房不得破坏原有结构，不得改变房屋结构及用途。至少以一间房间为出租最小单位，租房内人均面积不得小于5平米等。“群租房”是指将住宅通过改变房屋结构和平面布局，把房间分割改建成若干小间分别按间出租或按床位出租。法律依据：《住房租赁条例》第十三条承租人应当遵守法律、法规的规定，合理使用租赁住房，不得损坏、擅自拆除消防设施或者改动房屋承重结构。未经出租人同意，承租人不得擅自拆改室内设施或者改动房屋其他结构。
