还钱后借条要怎么处理
释义
还钱时要当面索回借条,并辨认清楚拿回的借条是否是自己当初签字的那张。若对方将借条遗失或者-时找不到，则应让对方当场写下收据。一定要让对方写清楚什么时间收到多少还款，以前的那张欠条结清无效了,并诅保存好。
法律依据
《民法典》第六百七十五条，借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
