释义	是骗人的的，不需要。法律依据：《中国银行卡行业自律公约》一是要求成员单位为持卡人提供“容时服务”，为持卡人提供一定期限的还款宽限期服务，还款宽限期自到期还款日起至少3天；持卡人在还款宽限期内还款时，应当视同持卡人按时还款。二是要求成员单位为持卡人提供“容差服务”，如持卡人当期发生不足额还款，且在到期还款日后账户中未清偿部分小于或等于一定金额(至少为等值人民币10元)时，应当视同持卡人全额还款，此部分未偿还金额自动转入下期账单。还款日后一天还款属于正常还款，既不会影响个人征信也不会罚息。
