释义	法律分析：购房合同不可以赠与。不动产实行登记制度，采用公示公信主义，房屋所有权证是房屋权属的凭证，只有购房合同没有房屋所有权证，从法律上讲，房屋的所有权还没有发生法律上的实际转移，严格意义上讲，当事人是不可以办理房产赠与合同公证的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百零九条不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
