释义	法律分析：不能用。按照规定需要进行复审的特种作业操作证，未按期进行复审的，该特种作业操作证失效。法律依据：《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》第二十六条特种作业操作证复审或者延期复审符合本规定第二十五条第二项、第三项、第四项、第五项情形的，按照本规定经重新安全培训考试合格后，再办理复审或者延期复审手续。再复审、延期复审仍不合格，或者未按期复审的，特种作业操作证失效。
