释义	法律分析：不能。实际中，员工与原公司未解除劳动合同，又与新公司签订劳动合同的，将要承担以下后果：1、同时签订两份劳动合同，任何一方公司有权终止劳动合同。2、新签劳动合同后，给原公司造成损失的需要赔偿。因为员工先后签订两份合同，会给原公司安排工作等带来经济损失，原公司可以根据相关证据予以追偿，同时要求新公司承担相应的赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十一条用人单位招用与其他用人单位尚未解除或者终止劳动合同的劳动者，给其他用人单位造成损失的，应当承担连带赔偿责任。
