释义	法律分析：见死不救可能犯罪。在刑法理论中，有一种以不作为形式构成的犯罪。所谓“不作为”，是指行为人有义务实施，并且能够实施某种积极的行为而未实施的一种情况，即应该做、也能够做，而没有做的情况。因此，见死不救有可能犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
