驰名商标认定有哪些方式

法律分析：驰名商标认定方式有以下两种：一、通过商标局、商标评定委员会进行驰名商标的认定即行政认定方式。二、通过法院判决的方式对驰名商标进行认定即司法认定方式。
法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理商标民事纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第二十二条 人民法院在审理商标纠纷案件中，根据当事人的请求和案件的具体情况，可以对涉及的注册商标是否驰名依法作出认定 。
