释义	法律分析：从询证函的作用来看，询证函的目的是确认双方之间的债权债务，如果债务人对债权人的债权未提出任何异议，并进行了确认。之后又以债权超过时效为由拒绝履行债务。那么审计的结果就不能保证真实客观，询证函的将无法起到对应收帐款进行确认的作用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
