释义	不是。劳动者基本工资是根据劳动合同约定或国家及企业规章制度规定的工资标准计算的工资，基本工资和岗位工资相对固定。底薪是劳动者在法定工作时间提供了正常劳动的前提下，其所在企业应支付的最低劳动报酬。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
