释义	法律分析：出纳是按照有关规定和制度，办理本单位的现金收付、银行结算及有关账务，保管库存现金、有价证券、财务印章及有关票据等工作的总称。从广义上讲，只要是票据、货币资金和有价证券的收付、保管、核算，就都属于出纳，而狭义的出纳则仅指各单位会计部门专设出纳岗位或人员的各项工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国会计法》第三十七条会计机构内部应当建立稽核制度。出纳人员不得兼任稽核、会计档案保管和收入、支出、费用、债权债务帐目的登记工作。
