释义	法律分析：有权拒绝。正常情况下用人单位要求劳动者延长工作时间，首先必须是由于生产经营需要，其次要与工会和劳动者协商，用人单位不得强迫劳动者加班，也就是说劳动者若不同意加班有权拒绝。怀孕7个月以上和在哺乳未满1周岁的婴儿期间的女职工任何情况下都可以拒绝加班。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条规定，用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
