释义	法律分析：不可以分离。中国的公司必须在中国境内有住所。公司注册的住所以公司主要办事机构为住所，它是公司生产经营活动的中心，公司的住所要载入公司章程，并进行登记，以确定对公司的管辖。如果公司章程中没有载明公司的住所，或登记核准后，发生变更、迁移、也必须办理变更登记。公司的住所是法定的，必须在公司章程中加发载明，并经登记管理机关核准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十三条法人以其主要办事机构所在地为住所。依法需要办理法人登记的，应当将主要办事机构所在地登记为住所。
