释义	法律分析：如果有突发心脏病需要长期住院治疗的或者监狱无法里没有药物治疗的，可以申请保外就医，但是保外就医也要有条件允许的，要看犯什么罪，有没有社会危害性等等。法律依据：《暂予监外执行规定》第五条对被判处有期徒刑、拘役或者已经减为有期徒刑的罪犯，有下列情形之一，可以暂予监外执行：(一)患有属于本规定所附《保外就医严重疾病范围》的严重疾病，需要保外就医的;(二)怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女;(三)生活不能自理的。对被判处无期徒刑的罪犯，有前款第二项规定情形的，可以暂予监外执行。
