释义	法律分析：行政处罚记录是不会被消除的。行政处罚的处罚记录，当地公安机关都会将相关档案、信息进行保存的。但记录不是对任何人都开放的，只有司法机关或者律师在办理案件时，报请有权机关审批后，记录才可以提供。另外公安机关是不对普通单位或个人提供查询业务的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十九条违法行为在二年内未被发现的，不再给予行政处罚。法律另有规定的除外。前款规定的期限，从违法行为发生之日起计算法行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。
