释义	购销合同交的印花税，是采购和销售货物时，因为要签订采购和销售合同，按照采购和销售的金额为计税依据征收万分之三的印花税。法律依据：《中华人民共和国印花税暂行条例施行细则》第十三条根据条例第四条第（三）款规定，对下列凭证免纳印花税：（一）国家指定的收购部门与村民委员会、农民个人书立的农副产品收购合同；（二）无息、贴息贷款合同；（三）外国政府或者国际金融组织向我国政府及国家金融机构提供优惠贷款所书立的合同。
