释义	法律分析：不尊重人民币属于违法行为，由工商行政管理机关和其他有关行政执法机关给予警告，处1000元以上5万元以下的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民币管理条例》第二十七条禁止下列损害人民币的行为：（一）故意毁损人民币；（二）制作、仿制、买卖人民币图样；（三）未经中国人民银行批准，在宣传品、出版物或者其他商品上使用人民币图样；（四）中国人民银行规定的其他损害人民币的行为。前款人民币图样包括放大、缩小和同样大小的人民币图样。
