释义	自杀行为在民法典上是一种违法行为，行为人应该独立承担后果。自杀虽然看起来完全是出于自然人自身的意愿，对生命权进行支配的行为, 但这一支配行为产生的后果并不是只及与其自身, 同时还违反了公序良俗, 因而，法律上认为，这一支配行为无效并且违法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八条民事主体从事民事活动，不得违反法律，不得违背公序良俗。
