释义	法律分析：大陆居民往来台湾通行证补发、换发：1、证件遗失、被盗需申请补发的，除提交申请通行证应提交的材料外，还应提交证件报失地公安机关出具的证明;2、证件即将届满、损毁等需申请换发的，还应提交原持有的《大陆居民往来台湾通行证，证件损毁的，提交证件损毁说明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第十条中国公民往来内地与香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区，中国公民往来大陆与台湾地区，应当依法申请办理通行证件，并遵守本法有关规定。具体管理办法由国务院规定。
