法律分析：90岁老人录音立遗嘱是否有效要根据是否符合遗嘱的生效要件，遗嘱的生效要件为：遗嘱人须有遗嘱能力、遗嘱须是遗嘱人的真实意思表示、遗嘱不得取消缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人的继承权、遗嘱中所处分的财产须为遗嘱人的个人财产、遗嘱须不违反社会公共利益和公德。而且对于录音遗嘱应当由两个及以上的见证人在场。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百三十七条 以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
