一、美甲店转让给卖汉堡的执业执照怎么办
店主如需转让店面，需要先将自己的店的营业执照去当地工商管理部门办理证照注销，注销后再让其重新去办理执照登记。
具体法规如下：
个体工商户变更经营者的，应当在办理注销登记后，由新的经营者重新申请办理注册登记。家庭经营的个体工商户在家庭成员间变更经营者的，依照前款规定办理变更手续。
个体工商户不再从事经营活动的，应当到登记机关办理注销登记。
个体工商户登记事项变更的，应当向登记机关申请办理变更登记。
二、个体户办理营业执照的流程如下
1、申请人签署的个体开业登记申请书；
2、从业人员证明；
3、经营场地证明；
4、个人合伙经营的合伙协议书；
5、家庭经营的家庭人员的关系证明；
6、名称预先核准通知书；
7、法规、规章和政策规定应提交的有关专项证明。
三、如何补办营业执照
1、要是营业执照遗失，第一步要做的先是登报说明。
2、工商局办理以下程序：
（1）法定代表人签署、公司加盖公章的《公司变更登记申请书》。
（2）公司盖章的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》。
（3）有限责任公司提交股东会决议，由股东盖章或签字。
（4）是企业集团的子公司，名称中冠以企业集团名称或者简称的，应当提交加盖企业集团母公司印章的《企业集团登记证》复印件;是参股公司的，还应当提交企业集团管理机构同意的证明。
（5）法律、行政法规规定公司名称变更须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书复印件。
（6）法定代表人签署的新公司章程或章程修正案。
（7）公司《企业法人营业执照》副本。
