释义	法律主观： 1、医保卡里的钱不会清零。虽然医保停缴规定期限以后就不能再进行报销，但是只要医保卡里有钱，这些余额都还是可以用于买药、看病、住院的，并不会清零。 2、医保停保候，医保卡功能虽然会停用，但医保卡账户余额不会被清零。以参保人6月份停保为例，当年账户余额会结算到6月份，加上历年账户余额都会保留在账户内，参保人恢复参保时，余额会自动累计。
