释义	法律分析：医保卡里的钱永远是属于自己的，跨年度不会清空，可以累积的。根据我国社会保险法规定，医保卡里面的钱是不会清零的，可以累计计算，可以用来支付符合规定的医疗费用。但如中断医疗保险费用，医保卡功能会停用，但医保卡账户余额不会被清零。如需继续享受医保待遇，则必须按照规定继续缴存医疗保险费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第三十二条个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本医疗保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。
