释义	工资漏发的，劳动者应当请求用人单位当月补发工资，经协商后，也可以在下一个月补发工资。但用人单位不能以漏发为由长期拖欠工资，否则，属于违法行为，劳动者可以向劳动监察保障部门投诉。【法律依据】《工资支付暂行规定》第七条规定，工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
