释义	公民在无偿献血后，无偿献血者及其配偶、父母、子女等直系亲属，在任何地方用血时报销的数量标准如下：无偿献血者献血量累积在800毫升以上（含本数）或献一个单位以上（含本数）机采成分血的，无偿献血者本人可报销终身无限量临床用血的费用。献血量累积在400毫升以上不满800毫升的，可报销献血量三倍临床用血的费用；献血量累积为400毫升的，可报销献血量二倍临床用血的费用。献血量在200毫升以上（含本数）不满400毫升的，可报销献血量等量临床用血的费用。法律依据:
