释义	法律分析：如果买卖的玉石并不属于文物范畴,那么就不算犯法。大多情况下一般是不犯法的，只要不是一些国家禁止买卖的东西就不用担心。但是如果涉嫌买卖文物,那这种行为就是违法的，需要承担一定的刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百二十六条以牟利为目的，倒卖国家禁止经营的文物，情节严重的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；情节特别严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
