释义	怎样正确运用正当防卫?根据中国《刑法》的规定，实施正当防卫必须同时符合以下四个条件：第一、只有在国家公共利益、本人或他人的合法权利受到不法侵害时; 第二、必须是在不法侵害正在进行的时候; 第三、必须是对不法侵害者本人实施防卫，而不能对无关的第三者实施; 第四、正当防卫不能超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害。当您准备进行防卫时，如果符合上述四个条件，那么，您就不必担心自己会负刑事责任了，而应积极勇敢地进行防卫。
